Frank Sale is a special envoy to GMF with a special interest in Thailand where he now makes his home. Frank, like many of us in GMF, dreams big dreams. He understands that value of education and has undertaken to ‘adopt’ schools in Thailand and provide necessities such as desks, chairs and computers. The school in Chaiaowoh, for example has 40 children, Frank renovated the school house and provided desks, chairs and computers. Newly renovated School Frank also supports Sichio Primary School where he has place 40 desks and chairs. These desks and chairs are not commercially bought. Frank had them made by Thai craftsmen. They are finished more like furniture than school desks.

The metal under carriage was powder coated to provide a finish that would withstand the moist tropical conditions in Thailand. Frank has had made 220 desks and chairs that are now being placed. He is providing the infrastructure necessary to get kids connected to information and education.
